About Me
Hi I'm Cindy mom of three and an artist. I have loved drawing, painting and collage making since I was a kid. I finally decided at 50 to go for it and am loving every minute of it. I like creating abstract pieces. I used to sketch/paint portraits and landscapes but I became bored with it. I like doing abstract work because I am free to do whatever I want and no rules apply! I love people so you will notice most of my artwork includes them. I like to figure out what makes a person tick and be able to exaggerate that feature in my art. My style would best be described as colorful, whimsical, quirky, off beat and hopefully, humorous. I want every one that views my canvases to walk away with a smile on their face and with a lightened heart |

About Me
Jacques is an Artist/Sculptor from Damariscotta [living in Maine for the past 20 years], creating wood art pieces. Prior to becoming a full time Artist; he served as a Submariner in the Navy, drove a Zamboni in Hawaii, was a Scrimshander (Scrimshaw Artist) on Cape Cod and worked as a Forest Ranger in Northern New Jersey. Jacques now works in wood, striving to create an illusion of reality. Although nature as inspiration seems obvious, Jacques' vision begins with the way nature is repeated within the the "golden mean" or "divine proportions". His inspiration comes from pattern and form more than actuality itself. Jacques has demonstrated/ taught his techniques and lectured on design in France, England, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and 28 US states at such locations as Journees Mondiales du Tournage D'art Sur Bois Congres, Loughborough University, Anderson Ranch, Arrowmont and Haystack Mt. School. Jacques' work is in several public and private collections including the Detroit Institute of Art, the Contemporary Art Museum of Honolulu, Yale University Art Gallery, Carnegie Museum, Celestial Seasoning and Northwest Airlines Corporate collections. |

About Me
What to say about me... Main point i guess is that I hate being bored. I've done an Assistant in Nursing course, Physiotherapy Aide course, Pathology course out of boredom and I've recently finished a Bachelor of Nursing at UWS. Currently wondering whether to do a Journalism course through Cengage or another health/medical course.
I like Japanese culture and animation. I tend to attend conventions that are held in Sydney during the year.

About Me
- Who Am I? A complete nutcase, that's who. I'm a 30-year-old visual artist who has a bizarre obsession with cats. As a child, I actually believed that my human body was a vessel for a cat's soul, and that my real home was a planet located halfway across the universe... occupied by alien cats, of course. I spent a great deal of my childhood and adolescence drawing, sculpting, photographing, and performing cat related material. These days, I grudgingly accept my humanity, entertaining my 3 children with crazy stories and paintings of cats dressed as characters from history and literature, and deriving my inspiration from the millions of cats which share my sofa, bed, counter tops, and fridge.
